Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Spark Kicks, we work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at callsparkkicks@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription product (if available), you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not affect orders that have already been processed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been packed, processed, or shipped cannot be canceled.
